To your title, because its solid to find a MK1 polo in that sort of condition and that sort of miles probably

Looks amazing though mate, wish I could find one like that.

Yeah if Mk1 Polos were in abundance I'd have one.

Do they all sit nose up like that?

All Polos sit nose up.

All Polos?

was full of camping gear and stuff from the weekend

All Polos?

Mk1-Mk5 definately.

Loving this. Great to see standard dubs. Timeless classic. I would be tempted to get the stance sorted with a mild lowering kit which is obviously reversible.

I've noticed on a lot of forums that folk are going back to standard grills and indicators and even just doing the complete standard thing. I've just got a big bumper mk2 golf which i can't see going far beyond standard.

My mk2 polo square is only just level with it's philj 60/40 kit.

beautiful!

very true Dan...

this is stunning :)

I love this, but I wouldn't be able to keep it standard! I'd atleast have to make SOME subtle changes haha.

I say get another set of them wheels, band them and have some coilovers made up.... just for those weekends when its not being entered into concours lol

You're such a jammy git for finding low mileage minters, but this car is awesome so it makes up for it :-D

In relation to the title... different strokes for different folks I guess. You know yourself what its like to own a modified dub with your old mk4 silver 6N. The mk1 is pimping though, I'll give you that! :-D

Some serious pimping going on right here!!!

You need to get another one to slam. you simply cant do a thing to this one!

i voted for you man:)

seriously tidy little polo

nice too see you again anyway breadbin

I think the word needed here is museum! Haha it's a piece of history and it's gorgeous! I would garage it and fill the garage with silica gel bags like you get in new trainers to stop any moistyness getting to it at all, it would be worth every minute of ball ache!
