i hit a car from behind at 7ish mphit was an astra '(JUST' rear end damage that i did from behind) that then hit a merc clk.... no damage to that at all well the popper that covers the tow ring poped off and that was all......

car i hit (ASTRA) aint claiming injury just want the car repaired :) i dont mine that, however the car that, that then hit the merc is claimin for injury and car damage saying the bumber and bar underneeth is all bent and cracked 'what THE FUDGE'?

Merc driver id trying it on...

Get Photo proof on all damage vehicals asap...

Find out if the repair center is private/related to the Merc driver...(I got stung by this scam - repair center was where the guy worked!)

Ask for a 2nd opinion on the damage...

Contact your insurance and notify them officially you suspect fraud and present photos...

Contact police and lodge a complaint of Insurance Fraud, again with copies...

Keep Merc driver in the picture... see how quick the claim is dropped...
