6N polo 16v

Featured Replies

Here is my 16v polo with a brand new set of Borbet A's on. I wanted to do something a liitle different from the 14" and 15" route. ^_^

What does everyone think?

looks sweet mate, dont be supprised if people think 16s are too big for a 6n.. they thought that with pandas!

I still think they look too big  Panda's has the power to justify them though.

Although I do admit. they didn't look 'that' big in person.

and you've got the lowness to fully pull them off 8-)

edit: ever thought about the flat centre caps?

Yeah i got them from rimstyle and originaly ordered flat caps, but they are on backorder so they sent me these as a freebie to tide me over until they come in. Thanks for all the comments guys.

i love those wheels, there really nice. had some on my 6n2 until i sold them becasue i needed money, but as soon as i have enough I'm ordering a brand new set.

they dont look to big either suit it well in my opinion

My favourite wheels! nice colour too :)

Looks good! But just 10mm more of lowering would be PERFECT!

  • Author

Might go 10mm lower on the back but the front is already lowered 60mm and i can hardly put my fingers between the wheel and the liner!

how much is all the work costing you??

  • Author

I got the work done at my work so i got the staff rate. It was

quite cheap!

dont take em out dude,, they stop shit getting places where it shouldnt lol. Either leave em and let em sort theresleves as they wont hurt your tyres or take em out and mod em and put em back.

Take the liners out :D They only stop the odd stone chip and noise anyway i think... would be well worth it

dont post unles u know the answer

The liners have been modified slightly to allow the wheel up further without it catching. Trouble is now it catches on the arch which is worse!
