This is gonna sound really thick, but i understand all the different 'mks' and 'years' on polos, but what does '6n' mean?

6N is a MK4 Polo.

It's the chasis code that they used at the factory.

6N2 is a MK5 Polo

9N is a mk6

9N3 is a mk7

Not sure about the ones before the MK4
