For sale an original cup car gearbox with Gemini Diff.

The box was rebuilt about 2-3k ago (unfortuantely i dont have a receipt for this). It has however just come back from a strip down an check by JP Race in Silverstone (which i do have a receipt for). They confirmed everything is fine inside and no rebuild was necessary, although one seal was replaced as it was damaged during removal. During the check I had a speedo take off gear installed/replaced as the race boxes didnt have or need these.

The price is £850

and would ideally be collection from Silverstone Northamptonshire

As far as I'm aware they are the stock ATV ratios.

You'll need to swap the driverside drive flange and seal carrier. Easy to do. You also need to check whether your's is cable change as the casing may be different.

These are the bits you'll need to swap over from a 6n gearbox.

But bear in mind doing this may weaken the gearbox:

you wont be able to swap the driveshaft flanges as the gemini diff uses special ones to suit it. They are thicker and have spring clips on the ends to hold them in as there is no way of putting a bolt through the middle of the gemini diff (assuming it's a phase one like mine).

the ratios are the same as the atv box as stated in previous posts on this topic

the box is a verystrong box and the gemini diff is a lot stornger than std diff it may be a limited slip diff
