just bought a clio 1.4 engine of a mate minus the gearbox for a grand total off..........................

£2.50, and if i want the gearbox its a extra £1.50

i have no idea what I'm going to do with it yet

plans now its stripped , shot blast the pistons and make nice pistol clocks ! umm sell the head or use as a nice paperweight

dont know what to do with the block crankshaft and knacked torque converter? I'm thinking scrap?

They are, a mate had one when i had my Mk4 1.0 and it was quite a bit slower
