love the colour mate, why make it rusty after a respray? lower it and put the mirrors back to standard, they just dont look right.

Looks like the paint needs flatting and buffing, especially in the 2nd pic on the front wing it looks peely but really good effort if it was a homebrew paint job.

Honestly mate, don't ruin a perfectly good paint job.

Subtle changes are where its all at, not 'in your face' stuff. Not on a car like that anyways. Bit of orange elsewhere and you are onto a winner but not too much opr it will ruin it.

Homebrew Spray Jobs FTW it was the first full car i have painted and the job isnt too bad at all really is it :)

Cannot be arsed to flat it and polish it but it will get done and will look pimp once finnished ..

I dont agree though,i think its the right canvas for Gulf racing colours. Orange striping over baby blue,you then wanna get it lowered more and get some all-black banded steels on there.

haha, got some nice weller steels that are being prepped at the moment, only thing i need to get sorted on it is the exhaust cus it hangs REALLY low at the moment, scrapes on the road with 2 people in the back :(:( once thats done its gonna have its new shoes and be decked on some decent shocks and springs, and the rat them I'm thinking of doing is like this... however the gulf theme sounds nice.

and yeah it does still need flatting as we've not got round to doing that yet (takes a lot of time and patience, both what I'm lacking)...

Dude the flatting will comenece later in the week try and get as man y hands as we can and we can get it done quickly .. I will try and get a decent mop aswell as the compressor isnt powerful enougth for the beast of a mop i have at the mo .

Looks like a similar blue to that one Mathers had at Polo Show (not this year but last). I wouldn't rat it, seems a bit stupid to paint it then rat it. Looks nice as it is, just needs some decent wheels and some lowering.
