Rear brake conversion still here also as well as 2x inlet manifold, 2x throttle bodies, 2x flywheels, injectors, etc etc...

Wiring is PERFECT for a mk4 GTI conversion, swap this for your loom and you can also drop the mk5 dash in...

The buyer will have the advice they need to pull it off just like i did in my car...

i rented a Polo diesel in France a few months back and thought the fuel gauge was broken because I drove about 200km and the tank was still showing full. the gauge wasnt broken - it was just a super-economical car

also cant remember but do they have a pre cat ? and do they deffinatley fit an AFH head conversion as well ?

out of interest how much for the head bud, all ok valves etc?

Mr Dallas- yes i still have a GTI exhaust manifold and yes the exhaust downpipe has a pre cat lambda and one after the cat too...but you can blank that up.

I only have the exhaust manifold...i could get hold of the Cat if you needed it.-£40 for the mani or £100 for both cat and manifold- minus lambdas as they are brand new and cost me £££'s

hey bud, it's not for me. it's a girl mate who broke the cambelt on her gti and done all the valves, it's been sat on her drive for 2 months so if you could give me a rough price then i'll let her know.

Hi, do you know if the rear axle setup will fit a mk3 polo? obviously with some mods...

if it will then i'll have it, i'm only in kettering anyway!

Hi...the axle won't fit the mk3 dude...BUT...you can use the brake setup off it to bolt onto your mk3 axle, i.e. stub axles,discs, pads, calipers and carriers.

The only thing you may get stuck with is the brake hoses- which on a GTI are half metal and half flexi...if they clip onto the mk3 axle with ease, then you're onto a winner...if not then you'll have to make a set.

Also...i doubt the handbrake cable will work, but i do know people on here have done this conversion before and made it work using the slightly more inferior ibiza setup.

If you'd like the rear setup couriored to you, you're lookin at £90 for the set and £25 delivery due to the weight...but everything will be in there, not sure you'll be able to use the pads/discs as they have surface rust on...

What will be included will be:

calipers,

carriers,

stub axles,

all relevant bolts/clips,

2x handbrake cables,

all the brake lines to attach to your mk4 polo...basically i'd be stripping down the whole GTI axle for you.

do the GTI manifold have a pre cat in ? cant remember

the GTI throttle might not be available...not 100% yet will find out by saturday.

Mr Dallas- the manifold has no lambda boss, if you mean DOWNPIPE inc. cat then yes it has post and pre lambda hole...why?
