does this include everything i need to convert my 2000polo 1.4 16v to a gti..

If this doesnt have the loom, ecu etc...i have that.

hey mate is the engine still going? is not for me, a mate of mine has a 1L lupo and is interested, hes just doing do research in to what eles he need to do the convertion, did you change the drive shafts and axles? and add bigger brakes? is it ok if i past you number on to him if it's still for sale?

hey sanj, thats fine mate! sorry about not gettin in touch about the loom and ecu and stuff but i ended up spending far more than envisioned this month and I'm skint =[

yes the engine is for sale, got a couple of interested parties but nothing concrete.

as for a conversion into a mk4 I'm not sure mate, for the conversion into a mk1 polo aw tracksports did it and they used lupo driveshafts, lupo hubs, lupo shocks/springs, i think the driveshafts have been shortened as they have been welded but I'm not sure.

I'm sure there is plently of info on the forum and probably in the links above by sanj as to what is required to fit into a mk4 polo or non gti lupo.

yes mate, surprisingly enough its not sold in the last two hours since i made the last post!

What is loom etc? what are you expecting?

It does not include the loom, ecu, clocks, exhaust manifold, lead, they are unavailable.

There is lots of other bits, pedal boxes, gearbox, driveshafts, inlet manifold, throttle bodys (fly by wire and cable), please call me after work if your genuinely interested and wish to discuss it.

someone is interested in having the head off me, so therefore the block and gearbox will be up for sale seperatly if he does come the end of the month

will split head and bottom end if i get a definite buyer for both

will it fit straight into a polo 6n? no hassle or changing any thing like mounts and stuff?

I'm not with all this stuff so i dont have a clue really lol

if you dont know what your doing, either get someone that does or don't bother.

but yeh it shares the same engine mount as the mk4 polo, so will drop straight in, how you wire

but anything beyond that i dont know as i dont and never will own a 6n. there will be plenty of information on the forum if you search

already got a buyer for bottom end should i find a buyer for the head, but as the mk1 has gone off for welding, i think I'm keeping this now as the car will be back soon =]

as for injectors, i do have them along with the fuel rail, inlet manifold etc but as a quick fix to get it running ill be using the std management and fuelling setup
