couldn't wait for a reply commondered the old crafty tool heat gun from my mother and set to work... did the bumpers, spoiler and mirrors and they all came up a treat... finished off with a cockpit polishing pad from turtle wax to give that sheen

the black in a flash has started to wear off now, so lasted about a month. Have just taken off rear bumper and sprayed with halfords black plastic bumper paint. Has come out lovely, just like new and hopefully it should last a lot longer too.
