Featured Replies

Search didn't come up with much of an answer... Need to know the width and offset of the mk3 GT Steel wheels.

Many thanks!

Nein, they have been powdercoated black and two will be kept as my spares, they were all lovely and straight  But I'm after some GT's for the rear which will also get some of the black stuff

if I remember correctly, ones off a coupe are 5.5" and ones off a squareback are 5" wide.

GT squarebacks have 4.5Jx13 ET38

GT coupes have 5.5Jx13 ET38

Top class everyone :-) I'll get on the lookout for the 5.5J Coupe wheels, I'm sure I can squeeze some under my bread's arches

Also found on some saloons, normally 1.3 CL's.

a 5.5J GT steel wheel with 175 60 profile tyre doesnt scrub on a mk2 bready. i had my car fully loaded with people with no scrubbing.

obviously my beam might not be in the same place with relation to the arches as yours, but should fit fine.

They do fit on a squareback, but as above it depends on your beam allignment as to whether they will scrub. 165/65s were ok on my last one but 175/60s scrubbed a little bit on the sidewalls.
