Additional Information:

I have a 1989 BMW 735i that I've had for a few months, it's a great car and drives like a dream but I have to sell due to being laid off work :(

It has e/w, e/m, s/r, c/l, it is an auto with sports and manual modes, electric seats leather interior, cruise control-pure luxury for banger money!!.

Engine: Great runner, 3.5 straight six. A little bit of tappet noise but these are adjustable, recently had new sump gasket, oil and filter change, plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm and rad.

Air-con fan has seized up but has a good used one to go with the car.

Car has an alpina ecu and airflow metre fitted so is pretty rapid when needed! 8-)

It does around 20mpg round town and 30mpg on the motorway.

Wheels: Fitted with 15" bbs wheels with painted centres and polished rims all with good tyres.

Interior: All leather with electric seats. Fronts are in good condition but could do with a bit of leather lustre on them. The rears are in great condition and look as if they have never been used!.

Bodywork: It is a metallic black shadow line and looks mean to say the least!. It has no rust, this is the most straight and cleanest one i have seen of this age with only one dent i can see which is on the front bumper.

Bad bits: Failed MOT-sheet says 'steering system has excessive play detected at steering wheel' also 'steering box has relative movement between selector shaft and drop arm' I have seen used steering boxes for around £30-80. Also needs rear pads/disc and handbrake adjusting.

Summary: This is a very presentable car and if you were willing to spend a little time and money on it you'd get many years of motoring out of it!.
