I had 1yr ncb at the start of this year, when i took out this years policy with esure i payed extra for ncb protection. I had a bump to which they said i was at fault and they took my precious ncb :cry:

They said they can only protect 4yrs or more dya reckon i could scrape my ncb back somehow? I should atleast get the xtra i payed back. Nearly at the end of the year now so dnt mind falling out with them :-)

did it not say protection only applied to +4 yrs? It has on every policy i have had.

lol, surely if you paid to protect it they should. Either that or not have charged you?
