tidy mk3 :) we were discussing this very car the other day!

How much did you get it for in the end? :)

 apparently its had a lot of intrest, and i got it for the asking price, not much point in trying to get the price down, its cheap enough :)

very tidy mate, and standard. got yourself a good example there. look after it dude :-)

would not pay that for a mk3 polo unless it was a g, sorry it is uber tidy and I'm sure you will geat years of trouble free motoring out of it but that just seems very steep to me...

clean car though! good luck with it

as above good example but £1500 :o

and no haggling?! Should of started at half of that and seen what you wound up at.

Nice motor, but can't help thing you've paid way over the odds there, even with the low mileage.

Does look really tidy, but as said i think its a bit high priced.

However if you're happy then its all good

rather pricey my gran gave me my square :) she paids £400 with 60000 geeet in :)

Looks smart none the less!

well to be technical, i didnt acctully pay for it....... my dad did :p

i think you've got yourself a good buy. the bodywork is sure to be in great shape, same for the engine. no end of people on here spend £££££ sorting the bodyshell on a car before they can even start modding it. £1500 would probably buy you a real nice gt, but its sure to have 80k + on the clock and £1500 wont buy you a very good g40 these days

i got it for £1455

holy shit

clean as though

was this not in a thread t'other week?

update :)

thats very tidy 8-) wish my 1st car was that good

Time warp! Cool...might be worth getting some new rubber on there if it hasn't been changed in a while. Old tyres = bad!

  • Author

yeah the front tyres are starting to crack on the sidewalls, but still at least 75/80% tread left on all of them, its ok while m learning, but when i pass might buy some coilovers n new wheels n tyres

cheers dude

i also have an 80/60 philj kit sitting next to me waiting to go on, but I'm going to wait till i pass

dont wait mate get it slapped on the phil j kit still gives a mint ride and everything you just lower

looks great!, any pics of the engine bay plz?

I think your wise to wait until youve passed before lowering it 80mm. You dont have to worry about hitting potholes/speedbumps etc at the wrong speed
