yes your right, £1500 is well cheap for a SPI mk3. - thats more than most people would pay for a mint GT with loads allready done to it.

your car is not 'rapid' and it doesn't handle as well as you think it does. your polo works on a crap anti roll bar system and has terrible handling compared to alot of cars in it's class.

and who knows whether someone drove into your car or what. everyone on here whos had an accident say it wasn't their fault either. i'd put money down that alot of them are lying because they don't want to look bad.

i only payed a grand for it in the end. if i wanted a gt, i would of bought one

to me it is pretty rapid, like i said it has fiestas and cars like that in the corners

I've still got all the orginal parts so i can whack them back on, my dad persuaded me it aint never gunna be worth nank, its only a polo at the end of the day, plus I'm out driving all the time so the milage is gunna go up so quick so might aswell do what ever to it

its his car, his life, he can do what he wants with it, style it how he wants, i know you were being down to earth about handling etc, but still, if he crashes by cornering too fast or whatever, its his loss? and also, even if its not fast, if he thinks its nippy etc thats good, saves him forking out on shit loadsa tuning bits or a bigger engine costing him more to run etc.
