Starting to come together, 135/70 @ ET45 up front, 155/70 @ ET38 at the rear.

Took her for a vigorous test drive and apart from lighter steering, all seems well for now, though admittedly a pointless test as the whole car will change again once the front is lowered 80mm (which as you can see, needs doing)

If you've got GT Coupe steels why not go for 165/65/13s'?

Well, the standard tyres I took off when I bought the car 2 years ago were 135/80, and since my driving style hasn't changed since then, I can't imagine i'll have any problems grip wise :-)

In regards to wet roundabouts, how on earth does anyone manage to lose control on a roundabout wet or dry if they adhere to the speed limit? Whatever tyres they have? I've never ran anything wider than 155's and the car hasn't even flinched!

Also, I haven't fitted my GT steels on the rear yet, still undecide whether I prefer them to the mk3 steels on there now, we'll see
