if the money did go towards keeping the army in vital gear or to the smooth running of the NHS ect then i wouldn't mind paying more, its the fact i know that nearly all of it will be wasted on red tape and government initiatives that archive nothing more than pissing the public off that little bit more. i never thought i would see the day i would say this but bring on the Tories, lets see if they can sort out this mess because its clear as day that labour can't undo the shit they have created.

if i can find a local chippy that will give me there waste cooking oil i'll start running that in the jetta, even doing it by the book you only have to pay about 26p duty on the liter iirc... and who's to say how much you run through the tank?

At peak time over a year ago oil was $125 a barrel...it was down to $75 a barrel

5 months ago and OPEC cut production to get the price back up again.Now when it

dropped $50 a barrel the Government never passed on the cut to the consumer and

now when the price is creeping up,right when we're in the middle of a recession and

we could all use a little financial break,they're getting ready to fook us all over again.

I think we need some tough love really. It should be illegal to have more kids if your using the states money to live. Why bring another life into the world if you can't afford to keep what you've got going?

The best thing to do with used oil is to filter it through womens tights, twice if you can be arsed. Mix it 50/50 with diesel at first and then lean the mix out until you get cold starting issues. I used to run 100% used oil but make sure you always carry a spare filter.

have you got any where i can get some solid info on that mate? just don't fancy going off the word of some one on the net (not offense) and then getting pulled and my car impounded because the info was wrong

i've been thinking about just 50/50ing it with fresh cooking oil as well (not sure how much it costs though? might not be worth it) i'm guessing this would get rid of the hassle of having to filter it out?
