I've done a couple of searches and can't find any threads with solutions. For some reason I can no longer unlock my Polo from the drivers door. I can lock it but to get in I have to do it from the passenger side. I turn the key the right way to unlock the car but nothing happens, no sound of the pump or anything.

I seem to remember a thread ages and ages ago where someone suggested some sort of kit to fix it but can't for the life of me find it. Is that what I need to get it working again?
