love the bonnet! was gonna do something similar on one of my old polos, but could never get the shape right. never though of tracing around an actual person though! the pics look almost as retro as the car!

Pretty nice..

Lol, I only had my camera phone to hand in low light. Not the best quality but hey ho :)

My mate used his gf as a guide for drawing round her, shes average height and I'm 6ft so thought it best to use her. He suggested using my daughter who is 9 but I thought that was in bad taste, I got a few funny looks at the school this morning I'll tell you! :p x

just needs a fake blood pool and some spent shells around the outline to top it off!

Lol, I was considering some blood splats, my mates away to JAE this weekend tho so I may be too late for the mega meet. We were even talking about sticky velcroing a hat and gloves on for the banter x

high mate do the stearing wheels fit straight on to a mk3 wouldnt mind 1 of them my self and what model porshe are the handles off

The steering wheel I bought was off a 944, the 924, 944 and 911s of that time all used the same small spline as the mk2s. I'm not sure if the mk3s were big or small spline, worth asking on here. The handles were also off a 944, paid a small fortune for them on ebay as they are pretty rare, good luck in finding a set as they are few and far between! x

you would have to remove the spline adaptor to to fit the wheel on to a mk3, i bought the same wheel and would love to see one fitted as i haven't had the chance to fit mine yet

i only payed £30 for a pair of 944 handles, bargain or what?

nice coupe by the way ;)

thanks

will

sorry to crash the poist and all but how would i remove the spline adaptor like

A lot of heat and force! Its just a metal sleeve over the spline :) x

Wheels look great and as you say the vinyl is fun.

Your car should be small spline anyway which should make things easy. If it isn't tred carefully I had a nightmare fighting with mine trying to fit an early wheel and getting in a right pickle. Ended up putting the original wheel back and theres still a gap.

Here's the thread..

Gutted to see what happened to your Capri:( (saw in other thread)
