by the looks of it, it isnt the polo AFH head it must be the later lupo AFH head as the rocker cover is the ones from a lupo, the polo ones are different.

it's a Golf 4 head

it also looks like an ARC or AVY cylinder head (1.6 16v) as it has the correct cam in cover cylinder head cover. bizarre

it's a AKQ head from a Golf 4 :)

its not dizzy driven and therefore would require some standalone management to run on a PY engine
