haven't really posted much about my GTi since getting it. Had it about a year now, covered 17k and nothings gone wrong, been a great daily car!

Model: 6n2 Gti

Engine: 1.6 16v running bmc filter

Suspension: Coilovers and a OMP strut brace

Brakes: Fronts are EBC grooved disks with Green stuff pads, rears are standard disks with Green stuff pads

Wheels and Tyres: 3 piece Schmidt th lines 15x8 on the rear 15x7.5 on the front, Stretched 185/45 nankang NS2's

Exterior Styling: Colour coded Front splitter, De badged POLO, rear aero wiper of a 9n polo, colour coded rear badge inserts

Interior Styling: Clubpolo air freshner..nothing else, just clean!

ICE and Security: Vw gamma with cd changer does the trick for me! - Standard alarm

Comments: Was owned by a member on here before i got it. I knew it'd been looked after and knew the history for 3 years of its life. Full vw Service history and still a good strong engine thats thundered past 70k now!

When i 1st got it

Went over the car with a DA to remove some swirls, Highly recommend doing it to any car, brings the paint up great!

Treated the car to some TH lines, finish it off nicely i think :) - Some pics from shaun at poloshow

all av done since is remove the mud flaps!

looking lush mate. I wouldve got a red gti had i not had a red 6n allready. so i got a silver gti! still loving how sporty the red looks though

Bloody weekend mate, to get rida all the swirls with the DA then a propper hands on wax (litterally)

Needs doing again now, but its much better than it was.

i have them sat on my desk, waiting for a accelerator pedal from a mate at vw tomorrow, then fit them. I cant understand why they didnt come on standard

and how much are them chimps wanting on ebay for them!!!

TT pedals are from vw. 2 brake pedals and a lhd accelerator pedal

Needs abit of modding but its nothing!
