In desparate need of some CHEAP alloys/steels with legal tyres

Prefabley 13"/14" or plain standard polo wheels...

will buy or swap for my 16" Oz Racing 4stud alloys - furbished by me (Gloss Black from Silver)

the front tyres are basically f***ed as they have been agressively scrapping my arches and they've gone down to the tyres wire...

back tyres are fine... legal depth Pirelli's x2

Can't afford buying new tyres each time!
