Sound Settings Reset on Alpine IDA-X301

Featured Replies

hi looking for a lil help guys i have a alpine ida-x301 and i also have a vibe cbr 12" sub everytime i get in my car again i have to reset the sub settings and bass and all that. I know to to keep settings you need a permanent feed to the battery wich i have by using the yellow wire with a fuse from the head unit to the standard polo one. I cant seem to find what is wrong with it. Also i have the red wire ignition turn on plug in the right place.

Please help its getting annoying

Cheers, Alan

Just try it mate, see what happens! It isn't always colour coded.

As indy says, generally switching the red and yellow wires round will solve it. Give it a go
