So do you recomend puting on 185/60r14 on Polo coupe mk2, the car has stock suspenssion. and nothing has been modified. You think it will rubb or?

Hmmm I personally wouldn't go that width with them even on stock suspension, as not only did it catch on the arch lips but it was catching the inner arch on full lock aswell. It may differ with yourself depending on the offset and width of the wheels you run. Depends I spose wether you push the car alot or not too wether you need the extra grip a 185 gives over a 165 tyre. Myself I don't need it only being a 1liter lol!

Not long got in from fitting my Corrado seats my god a MASSIVE transformation! Note to anybody with MK2/MK3 Polos, go out and buy Corrado/Scirocco seats NOW! One of the best mods ever IMO!

Not really an update (sorry lol!) Although I have swapped the Coupe S front seats for Corrado items now! Just had a little play in Photoshop and had a play with one of the previous pictures. Haven't really altered much on it tbf!

-Lowered & Raked.

If I can get it looking like this then i'll be extremely pleased with it and that'll be me done in the ways of modding it (well.......maybe an engine change lol, but aesthetics mods at least :p )

Sweet car dude, I'm thinking of getting some teardrops for mine. Why dont you get some 155/55 r14 stretch and low profile should give you arch clearance especially if you roll them as well.

Will maybe look at smaller tyres when these ones wear out (although with 7mm all round I doubt they will anytime soon lol) Also, upto yet I'm having NO clearence problems whatsoever with these tyres so i'm happy with em. Not going much lower than how it is now tbh and when I do i'll also be getting stiffer shocks so even then I dont think i'll have much/any issues

Well upto yet i've had managed to get a GPS speed of 75mph which is approx 120KMH, it read about 80mph on the speedo. Was quite suprised at that to be fair lol! Especially considering i'm not the lightest person in the world either lol!

Thats with a 1.3 Pierburg 2e3 Carb, 1.3 Cam (apparently), a blowing exhaust and a K&N filter. In what ways these effect the engine performance, but it doesnt seem to go too bad for what it is :)

on a private road i managed to pip 100 outof my mk2 on the speedo, the mk1 does more thn tht in 4th :) i didnt say that thought

managed to get mine to the reset button of the trip meeter with a webber carb gk inlet rev limiter removed 4-2-1 manifold and 1 box exhaust system
