Hi Gu's, I'm new to this board, as I've only just bought my MK5 Gti. I just want to get your opinion's on one thing. I've got a 5 door polo, do you think the extra doors will make a difference in the performance??

You wouldn't even notice the difference it if it did mate...

If I was robbing a bank with some pals and they had to jump in the back for a speedy getaway, 3 door would fail. "Hold on lads, form a queue", "Wheres the seat lever?".

If you are a sad, lonely person then fine 3 doors are perfectly acceptable but, if you have friends then 5 doors are a must.

If you're looking into buying a golf gti, buy the 5dr because if you opt for the 3dr, need your brain seeing too, as the scirocco is literally only something like £100 more and I know what I'd rather have :-D

5 doors are much better 3 doors are gay and smaller i would only by a 5 door car unless its a proper coupe and you cant even fit people in the back because the seats are to small like the audi tt

I've always found that having a five door car is easier with friends etc, my car is the faveorite in my group of frinds (even though its the oldest!) but because it has 5 dorrs soeasy to get out of, my faveorite slogan:

Thats why i'd only ever have a P1 or 22b... cos I'm not a lover of 4/5 doors.

subaru fall into the quick familyesque car dont they? like evos etc so 5 door ones are more acceptable but yes, 22B FTW

Am I one of the few people who thinks 5 doors look better? The doors on mine are f'ckin huuuuge, and they don't "look" right! They're more in proportion on 5's.

got a 3 door polo and a 3 door golf,

but sometimes i like at a 5/4 door car and find some strange attraction with them, :)

still 3 doors rocks :)
