Ok so first time doing this, so could be things wrong ha!

After having a Mk1 Golf for nearly a year i fancied a newer car, something that was more practical for what i used it for, so my dad kept telling me one of these 1.4 3cylinder diesel engines! (as i didnt want the noise of diesel he said these are different and they pull well! i knew diesels did as i had drove his caddy van!)

So after test driving one i decieded i wanted one, but now it was finding one i want, the colour and spec and stuff like that.

After about a month of searching i found the one i wanted, Canyon Red, and had all stuff like fog lights, sunroof, and other little bits i wanted.

Unfortuantly i didnt take any pictured when i first got it standard, but as it only took me a week to get my coilovers i dont think it mattered, so here are some of how low with the standard wheels.

After i drove it for abit i then changed to the wheels that i had previously had on my Mk1 Golf.

I also managed to get all the Gti grills for my car, so it was starting to look better.

Couldnt keep it as low as i wanted though due to it rubbing, so i either need the arches done, more stretch, or a different wheel.

So i then seen a set of wheels i liked, and after trying to find them for a while i managed to get a set, all thanks to Trav.

After my wheels had bin put on i soon got my Gti Xenon Lights, and personal plate(some people says it looks like vagina :p but i dont see it )

And here how she sits at the moment...

I have more plans if i deciede to keep it, but I'm not that sure what i want to do yet :)

Chipped and Remapped, Leather Interior, All little dents removed, Then hopefully will nearly be show worthy :)

looking very nice matey, love the colour. What are those wheels third picture down they really look nice and actually prefer those to the set you have on now

That's a colour you don't see every day. I like it. Think the wheels suit it well, but like previous comments I like the wheels off you MK1 Golf better.

Looks good matey, though if you're going to remap, don't bother with the chip as most just up the fueling and do nothing else which isn't really worth it with this engine, you'll basically be toasting any mpg gains from the remap and then some...
