Feeler: Pioneer Speaker Set

Featured Replies

Since getting the 6n I've had a look at putting my Pioneer speakers in and they won't fit. Well, the mids won't fit as they're just a fraction too small for the exsisting holes and I can't be bothered to fiddle about with them. Also don't need the tweeters anymore so thought I'd see if the whole set is of any interest to anyone on here?

I had them in my MK3 'loon for three years and in my MK3 Coupe for two years prior to that. Don't have the radio on every time I go out so they've not really had that much use over the years. Overall they're in excellent condition, although there are a few signs of wear, mainly on the mids where they were occassionally knocked when getting in/out of the car. They produce a good sound; I mainly used them for things like 70's/80's Rock and some Metal and they're excellent for that. Never needed (or wanted) a sub as the bass from the 6x9's was more than enough for me.

I've got some speaker wire to go with but it's been in and out a couple of times now so you may want to consider getting some new wire.

I don't have a price in mind as I'd fully intended to put them in the new car until yesterday! Therefore, open to reasonable offers. Would prefer the whole set to go as opposed to spliting, but if the offer's good enough I may sell seperately. Can post. Cost dependant on if they go as a set or seperately.

Cheers,

Fenris.

Sorry pal, didn't see your reply! Make it £55 and I'll let 'em go for that, but £35 is just not enough.
