what i was saying was, buying off forums and ebay isn't always the best place. Alot of "rare" parts can be found at scrap yards, specialist or not.

They're plastic, and as said, he needs stubby glass, not a regular UK sized one.

Cheapest I've found is about £30 delivered

big diffrence between scrap yard and a breakers yard! id consider veedubs as a breakers due to the amount of stuff they have and the ammount of cars.

I had a play with one of these earlier!!!!!!

Now I didn't expect it to be anything but it was very wet so I couldn't pull away properly but I've just found out they have over 500lb/ft of torque!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't get past it until I got traction in 4th but for a big heavy 4x4 it was bloody quick!!!!

I don't think he expected a little polo to go past him quite easily at 110mph!
