Heartogram has suggested I post on your forum wall with an urgent plea for help!! :-)

I work for Volkswagen's advertising agency and am currently working with F Cross Volkswagen in Grimsby on their new Polo launch event taking place a week today! (Monday 5th October)

In short, we would like to showcase the Polo through the ages and we are drawing a blank as to where to get early versions of the car for display.

If you have a Mark 1, 2 or 3 Polo and are able to assist me and attend our event and showcase your car that would be much appreciated. You'll also have the opportunity to be among the first to view the new Polo in advance of its official launch date of the 16th October.

The VIP launch event details are:

Date: Monday 5th October

Time: 6-8pm

Location: F Cross Volkswagen, West Coates Rd, Grimsby, DN31 2SU
