Engine: 1.3 CL, 5 Speed Gearbox, Rennsport stainless 421 manifold (ordered), Straight Through Exhaust system with cherry bomb (will be a stainless system)

Suspension: Mk1 Golf Rear Coilovers, 70mm Philj springs and Bilstein inner shocks all up front

Brakes: New standard discs and pads

Wheels and Tyres: Ultralites 13x6 with maxxis tyres

Exterior Styling: de-pinstriped, de-side bumpered, mk2 polo OG rear mudflaps

Interior Styling: Stripped rear, Cobra buckets, Sparco harnesses, Mountney steering wheel (still need to find a boss kit), rear upper strut brace (ordered), Tar in front foot wells will be removed when i fit the buckets.

ICE and Security: kenwood H/U with OEM 20year old speaker

lol cheers, the trims are for sale at the moment, just gagging interest on them.

the van will probs be the one, need the space for camping bits and bikes to go in it. at the moment theres fuckk all space in the back, seats dont go flat

Yeah dont see why not, jus use you old glass as a template, may need to be slightly larger tho to cover the lip.... job done!

Great stuff, you have a similar spec to me.

How do you find the exhaust? I have straight through from standard manifold to g40 back box which is well raspy, debating on whether to fit a 4-2-1 with a middle silencer but will no doubt be a fab nightmare.

As for van panels I reckon sheet metal would probably need a swage/bead/indent rolled round the rim to give them more integrity to stop them flopping about.

Hey up chaps.

Just a little update.

I've gone and sprayed my steels Gloss Black (made a nice difference), Stripped out the back ready for Cobra classic's and harnesses in the future, front badge sprayed bright orange. removed the checkerd roof aswel, looked fucking shit! lol

Tomorrow I'm spraying my front calipers Gold, rear drums black, Hammerite/Underseal inner arches and under belly.

I'l get some pictures up over the weekend.

i gathered with the lines around i did one and fully blanked it

looks pretty damn nice with no lines :p
