Well good news, it passed its MOT :-D got advisory on engine mount & ARB bushes.

had day off today from work so i cracked on with the MkII.

ignore the little scabs of rust, they are getting sorted in the near future.

thought id get on with the inner arches, drums and calipers.

and yes, its leaking oil and drips on the drive :( but new engine in next month.

This is only a little update. But an update non the less :-)

toke a trip down to Jimmy7 yesturday to pick up this little number, been after one since I've had the car (july 2009)

going newquay tuesday so this will come in great handinessss

and yes the nice interior is back in :) much prefer it

ordered some front indicators, be running the sidelights in them.

yeh keep the interior in man its load with out it i found that out when i striped mine love the roof rack

how much travel you got on the front shocks ? was looking into geting shocks n springs instead of coilovers on the front ,and are the rear coilovers straight fit ?

I'm getting my front coilies made up. no way are the mk123 polo front coilies worth 350!!! at that price fuck off!

rear coilies are mk1 golf ones, yourl need to put some spacers at the bottom of the shock. nothing major.

i MIGHT be selling the wheels, with spigots, new tyres 145/55/14's, and wobble bolts. haven't a clue how much but about 300 all in.

to be honest i haven't a clue, I've had countless problems with it. Sort of getting to the stage of getting damn sick of it, might be a phase...

am in mind atm weather to have the mk2 as a daily and get a 2nd car, like a mk1 mx5 or something..

il still be going BH2N retro run though. just have to see what car il be going in....

ideas/suggestions etc as I'm abit lost with the polo at the moment :(
