Haha, yea it does a bit lol.

Its hard to describe, I think it is some sort of thick, heatshrunk material kinda thing, which really doesnt answer your question lol. Durable as hell, and not flaking which makes it all the more confusing as to why that one wheel has gone mildly gay.

Could polish them up if you fancy it :p
