got money together for the 2 other schmidts now just need tyres, and yeah once I've got my next suprise for the car, i have been thinking towards delocked rear handle :p I've seen it and it looks mint.

oh and it was my 18th on friday and got 2 sets of highrollerz dice caps from my gf, a set of red nugget dice, and a set of blue binions dice, all with grub locks they look well nice cant wait for these wheels to be finally on.

Does anyone know how much as an estimate it would cost me to get a 1.6 engine fitted into my polo and if it would devalue my car in the longrun?

Probably not worth the hassle in the long run dude, it would be a major job for an engine swap, you'd be better of selling the car and buying one with the right engine in it!

Careful with your dice dude, two of mine got pinched off the car within about 3 weeks of fitting!! I just fit them for shows now!

yeah thinkin about that too but i got a mate who knows people who can do it for really cheap prices, well not really cheap but a hell of a lot cheaper than garage would charge.

And i got the highrollers with grub lock screws so it shouldnt really be such a problem.

tryed my schmidts on today , and all i can say is... got poke?

got 720 saved so far, so next week, ordering 2 8.5j for the front, then 2 more weeks and i should have the tyres and have them on, so excited

just a quick question looking at the piks, are they going to be legal to run?

5x100 16" et8 9j - £500 for the both of them, seen as there 400 a piece from rimstyle, and I've spent hours polishing them up, there literally as good as new, got all the curb rash i bought them with out and polished back up to mirror.

i can either courier or arrange a meet, if courier i will only accept paypal, if courier there all boxed up ready to go asap.

Why are you selling?

Or more importantly what have you found to replace them?

I'm selling because i dont want camber mate, and i want them to be legal, and to replace them I'm getting 8j schmidts modern line 3p.

I'm 18 and each wheel is 3 points, I'm only alowed 6 points, so if i get pulled ill get my licence taken off me :/ if i knew it was legal without camber id keep em.

yeah man took it off, took it apart into 2 pieces, sprayed the rear white, and the front gloss black, superglue, harris numberplate tape... jobs a good un :p

sold them got 1300 so far by 7th next month should hav enuf dolla for 4 schmidts and tyres :p so watch this space...

yeah got em on my mates car and they didnt have such a stupid poke so he bought them off me, dont worry I'm still getting modernlines just its gonna be a 2-3 weeks till i order them.

right the person who i sold them to is now selling his car, and hasnt bought 2 more, and now hes asking me if i want to buy them back off him, and i feel bad, so if anyone knows anyone who wants 2 9j 3pc modern line 5x100 16" for £500 there basically like brand new, retailing at £400 each thats a saving of £300 so if anyone knows anyone please could you let me know.

oh and as for updates, i got into a bit of crap and lost a lot of cash, but I'm back on track and saving, hopefully should have 2 major changes to my car ready for edition one of them includes modern line 3pc.

ohh and you will be pleased to know I've removed the awefull tints i love it without tints, didnt realise how much i missed it.

I've found some perfect bbs rm and i can afford them only prob is there 4x100 fitment, are there any adapters where i wont get the wheels coming out at all, i dont want the wheels coming out whatsoever.

mate redrilling them to 5x100 isn't possible and adapters in that pattern are silly expensive...
