hi i wanna buy 60mm springs and i got 195-50-15 tyres on my alloys will they rub when i turn ?

I'm getin 195-45 ones but ent shore wich one i get first springs or tyres

Yes, rubbing will occur! I'd get tyres first and then you can drop the suspension around the wheels and not the other way round.
