Hi Mate also just look at flights to southampton as id be flying down now am happy with full asking price with tax , as i will need this to drive it home, would you be able to meet/ pickup at southampton airport? id rather you tell me everything so if its all good I've got no surprises when i get down then you can take me back to yours so you can get home do the paper work and off we go let me know as much info / problems asap cheers again Jake

I'm pretty sure that if your are selling privately you dont have to declare it being a category write off. You only have to declare if you are a dealer.

I agree with you but I was just saying that it wasnt illegal to not declare if you are selling privately. Morally? - different matter completely.

fair enough, but i think if its still on the road then it would have bin sortted out properly, otherwise it would be sittin in a scrap yard.?

you or someone else repair it then it has to be taken for a VIC check etc

i just did a HPI check and it said cat c damage (not write off) date 20-04-2002, no colour changes, no stolen record, not scrapped?????????????
