If I get my car lowered, and fit a new exhaust, a loud one like those kitted up cars usually have.. and add turbo to the car, get the windows tinted, get new rims, and add sub woofers in the boot, can my car still pass MOT?

If the mods are done correctly, in theory it should. But it depends on everything else on the car that you may leave standard. Very hard to say. Only sure way to know is to do the mods and put it through an MOT.

OK but for small adjustments like adding sub woofers and getting it lowered, you dont need to tell the insurance about that do you?

Should be ok with the lowering. think they can fail the exhaust if they class it as too loud. If the window tints dont let a certain percenatge of light through, they can fail your car. All depends how nice the tester is at the end of the day.

If you have an accident and they send an insurance assesor round, he will see the car has been modified without it being declared and your insurance will be void as said above, getting you into serious trouble. always best to do it incase things go pete tong one day.
