I'm after some 13" steels as I'm looking to get them banded for winter runners. Preferbly without tyres but as long as there straight, and cheap then I'll be interested. Located in Northampton don't mind collecting within reason but if you have anything let me know.

got some 13 with tyres not legal tho located in slough

£25 for a set of 5, located in skipton, yorkshire.
