hi all just asking if 14" rims fit over standard valver brakes?

As far as I'm aware standard 6N 16V wheels are 14" so I'd hazard a guess at yes. But depending on the wheels you may have issues with them fouling the caliper. Depends on the spokes I guess.

yes 14s do mate. 16vs come with 14s standard.
