well this is the first time i have posted something about the little car i have. Its a project in progress so i will hope to keep you updated as much as possible

the plastic thing around the window is because there is no window. lol. some tosspots tried to break into it. The person whom i got it off managed to board it up with a bit of plastic.

Well an update for all. I had to move it out of the place that it has resided for the last two months. Gave it a bit of a wash. Then i decided i was gonna change the window. My cousin came over to help. Well we managed to strip down the door. Unfortunately neither of us knew how to get the fucking thing in. Gahh. I ran me local mechanic bout it. He said that he would do it whenever he brings it down with him this sunday. He will get her running right after that. Whenever he does i will start getting bits for it. Dont have pics of this evening as i didn't have me camera. So this sunday she is going down to his garage. Have to leave it to him then. Right will update when i have new info

Right well it turned out that my car didn't go down to the garage on Sunday. Couldn't get through to the mechanic. Also i have been quite busy this week. I will have to organise with him to pick it up this weekend. Hopefully cos i really want to get the project rolling. So until i can organise a proper date for him to take it. The project is gonna be at a bit of a standstill.

Time to update.

Well the car is now down at the mechanics. He is sorting, engine, exhaust and brakes. I am trying to source a set of VWII calipers, good pads and drilled discs. The rest of the car needs a bit of tlc. But i dont have the money for a respray. Hmm wouldn't mind a rattlecan matt black cheaper yeah, but i could make an absolute balls of it. Will have a think bout it before i do.
