Cheap cars?!?! Anywhere?

Featured Replies

To cut a long story short the g40 has started smoking and popping flames amongst other things so I have decided I'm going to cancel the insurance on it for a couple of months, buy a very cheap run around, and fix it.

The only problem is there are no cheap runarounds out there!!

I want something with a little bit of tax and test and want to spend about £200.

Looking on the bay and pistonheads there is nothing within 50 miles of me!

I'm presuming this is down to the good old scrappage scheme.

I mean £700 for a 98 Kia Pride, how is that even possible!!!

Maybe I'm being too adventurous but i'm sure a few months ago i could of picked up an escort or fiesta for a couple hundred of quid!

There are still cheap cars out there you just have to look a bit harder for them. It usually Vauxhall and Ford stuff that goes for pennies. Even stuff like Protons and Kias seem to be holding there value!
