I want to know is it possbile if i only have m45 from mini with stock pully , 255cc injector and chip for 65mm pully(g-lader) can i run like this or not?!

Is anyone try this setup or i need remaping?!

it's a waste of time without remapping. Plus you can't just swap injectors without a remap or the fuelling will be incorrect.

look i dont want to drive more then 1 bar, i want some 0.7 , 0.6 pressure!

i ask for injector cause i dunno, how its better with stock inj. ?!

i want to drive my car to stock pressure just dont want g-ladder, maybe i need bigger pully for eaton to get 0.6bars?! !

eaton produce boost in different ways - so with a g40 chip/map it will probably over fuel at low revs as eaton low down boost is poor and be lean at high revs where eaton boost is good.

It will drive like a bag of shit without a remap!

If you change to bigger injectors without a remap, you also risk bore-wash due to over-fueling, basically don't be a cheap ass or it could cost you your engine.

hm ok, lets imagine i do not touch injectors, i will be with stock, and want same boost like g-lader, for but with bigger pully for eaton! Boost will be ~ same like g lader, but how can i know what kind of pully to put... the stock pully of eaton m45 is not working properly maybe i need custom 2 or 3 mm bigger?! i want same boost production like stock! I can't explain more clearly

Buy a larger pulley and larger injectors and get it remapped to your requirements, if you don't then your car won't run properly... it's as simple as that.

Without a remap, you won't be able to use the boost from the charger efficently. Not sure what flowrate your current injectors are but if they're too small, you won't be able to get the fuelling right either.
