well this is how my mk3 looked until a few weeks ago, was pretty tidy but not quiet a minter...

then some scrot decided to put my back window through so i got a new boot but it was indian red ...

couldnt stand to drive it like that coz its clearly pikey as fu*k...so i figured something needed doing...

so me and a mate gav set to work stripping and sanding all the paint...

then it got a few coats of satin beige...

then a satin brown roof followed ( its just been painted here hence the gloss)

then it all got put back together with some new boolers added (excuse the shit on the bonnet)

i was only intending it to be a run-about over winter while i save for something else but i kinda like it so i might run it next year?!?!?!!?

However looks like a decent joband its all about making it how you want it to be! Cant help thinking it needs CC'd bumpers.

yer i reckon the bumpers need paintin but i might leave that til i re-do it properly before all the shows start again next year...
