right people hit a little bit of a problem, i trial fitted a wheel today and it was severely scraping and hitting the mudflaps, the wheels are 15inch do you reckon if i take the mudflaps off it will not scrape anymore??

how wide are the wheels bud? and whats te offset? and how low are you down?

they are 7x15 and et 24, i am standard height mate

The problem would be the balloon tyres then tbh m8

Think your best bet is to take the mudflaps off and see what happens.

But if not id get saving for some new tyres :-)

I was running 165/50/15s on my 15x7s and had quite a nice drop aswell, never scraped and looked the tits imo :-D

So finally an update

Christmas came and so did a new sound system :-D

Firstly i gotta new headunit:

so happy with it and cant wait too get it in the car,

and secondly i got some Alpine speakers too replace the ones in my doors, cant wait too hear how these sound..

BUT unfortunately still haven't got round too sorting out thr wheels

Hit a tiny problem, My ignition isnt working properly (dad's diagnosis) so it wont start first time most times, bit annoying

found out its a dodgy electrical switch on the ignition, did a quick fix now its starting so it seems to be the ignition switch but it is all combined with the sterring lock (complicated i know ) does anybody where too get a replacement item, and how easy isit too fit once i have got one?

Another day hs gone and a another new update :-D

went down too my local Eurocarparts and bought myself some clear indicators,

went straight home and fitted them, smartened up the car so much in my opinion

So was searching on ebay for some 16v rears when i came across some locally to me, i messaged the seller and offered him £10,

he accepted it and earlier today went a picked them up

a right bargain and they came with bulb holders and bulbs, another little update i have also ordered some clear side repeaters which should be coming soon,

All i need now is money for new tires and coilovers

can anybody recommend cheap places for low profile tyres?

yeah keep up the good progress mate, in the past I've usually used Camskill or Black Circles for my tyres, pretty cheap and do home delivery, failing that eBay, usually hot some bargains to be had on there
