this car is unbeleivable... i refuse to reply to silly PM's offering silly money- this is a 180bhp car that weights 750 kilos after being stripped.. and has had THOUSANDS spent on it. it leaves cars for dead and accelerates aggresively all the way up to 150mph! and still doesnt stop!

this is the true definition of a sleeper, leaves pug gti's/vts for DEAD... there really is NO contest at all.

@ Walter: np for the bump mate, this is an absolute bargain imo and the sorta thing that appeals to me :). If I won the lottery tomorrow you'd get a phone call the same day .

I agree mattpolo, a modded impreza would take over this but i very much doubt you would get one for less than £1500 which is in as good a condition as this, and its probably been ruined.... and it still wouldn't pull off as quick as you might think. you must remember this is 180bhp in a 750kg shell, ALOT quicker than your standard redtop with 850kg and 160bhp standard and this car has hardly covered any miles since having the engine drop and mods done as the previous owner lived in March in Wisbech and when i went to pick it up i could see why he hadn't taken it out often as the roads are dreadful.

think you really do need to drive a redtop before you can just assume a moddd impreza would piss all over this.. i've had focus ST's blowing black smoke from there turbos because this is so far up there ass...

If i was in the position, i would be going for this as a trackday weapon! Your not really going to get better bang for your buck with that to be honest! Bit of a bargain i reckon!

i know - i have my polo up for sale and to be honest if the polo sells before this i will be tempted to use the money from the polo to fully convert this into a show car... it is soooooooooooooo much fun on the roads. might even top it all off with a 1.2 badge on the back so i get the saxo's trying to race me :D

yea haven't bothered changing them, there pretty dull! i have someone coming to see my polo tommorow so i think i might keep this and modify it unless i get someone coming down to get it asap. its going so cheap for that price in topic... i would lose quite a lot of money considering i could probably break it and get double that :(

got a set of cobra bucket seats to go in this and had a fantastic quote on a respray back to metallic blue which ws its original colour... and a friend able to fully fit the interior and do a custom job with the dash/carpets. would be fun to keep - I'm currently I'm 2 minds about putting a turbo/supercharger on it.... any thoughts on that?
