Does anyone know if the black bumpers running along the side of my car is stuck on or is there small holes in the door panels?

depends what car you have. on mk4 polos its stuck on.

i do have the mrk 4 polo only a 1l but :( lol

see on the front a back strips r they just stuck on aswell?

yeah, been covered so many times. they're held on with two foam sticky strips. u need patience and time. theres a guide on uk polos i think

Thats a mk4 by VW standards i think - if they're indented in. What year is the car? If its 2000 onwards i think that it will leave holes....

its a yr 2000 the sides aren't indented but the back and front ones are

so it's what we'd call a mk5 polo then? vw would call it a mk3f or 6n2

is it a 3dr? if it is i will buy the strips off you when youve got them off if they are in decent nick.
