6N one's aren't the same, but it will fit, but you'd want a 6N2 one.

Does your insurance not cover it?

insurance for me is £2,400 without it, neva even thought of getting it.

and think you would still have to pay excess as its not a chip lol, spider web cracks :(

You would have to pay an excess, mine was £60, but better than £500 which is what they are normally!

I paid £50 for a 6n2 screen for my polo :)

indy, do 6n windscreens fit ok, and what problems can happen?

if the 6n windscreens dont fit then i will take the 6n one of you hustler if its in good condition mine has started to get the mould round the edges.

contact your insurance company telling them it is cracked.

no increase in your policy normally and as it is a structural part of the car it needs to be fitted properly (second had screens are normally not a good idea)

My T4 one cost me £50 last month and they came out to my work to fit it. Got a screen with a tint as well which was a bonus

6n windscreen will fit but they are rounded at the top, were the roof runners are as 6n have rubber roof runners that got all the way down and 6n2 have plastic runners which stop at the roof line

So there will be a slight gap as the 6n windscreen does not go all the way up like the 6n2 1s do
