This is my parents' Bora that I may get for my 18th provided I can scrape together the £993 insurance. And I was only going to lower it by about 40mm, and then get a lower splitter added onto the front.

I was wondering what splitter I would have to get, I know the Mk3 Golf GTI fits the Mk3 Polo but, I don't know of a sportier Bora variation that I could rob one off.

I don't really want to 'body kit' it, but just a plastic splitter to lower the front. But, I have NO clue.

i want to know how uve got insurance down to like £900 on it lol, I'm trying to get insurance on a jetta 1.8 and its like 2 grand and I'm 19 with no accidents or points! is this a 1.9 Diesel?

Yeah man. It's a 1.9 TDI.

I got a quote from direct line with a multicar discount and it was £993 ThirdPartyFire&Theft.

But tbh, I'm only wondering about the splitter cos if I do end up with it that's one of the first things I'd do.

But I would much rather have a little Mk3 Polo to run around in for my first year. :)

coilovers and hard slamm equals no splitter and btter looks surely?
