take indys out, take grille surround off, take bumper off then unclip it, more time consuming than hard. You might be able to do it on the car but I found it awkward as hell with the bumper off so I wouldnt bother atttempting it while the bumpers still on the car. No doubt someone will come along and tell me I'm wrong and its easy with it on the car though - they may be right aswell but i doubt it.

Yeah they do seem like a complete bastard to get off. I'd say easiest with the bumper off as well.

remove the bumper as its easyer cuz you can get under it + why what you planing josh.

Josh, you were there when I changed mine for gti one so you should know this lol

Take the bumper off and its pretty self explanatory from there.

If you get stuck give me a ring and ill come do it for you :)

You don't...

I ended up yanking it off, but I'm not saying do that cause it's not sensible. Have a fiddle with a flat head screwdriver. should be able to pry them out?
