by smallblock do you mean the 1.0-1.6l 8v found in the early polos/golfs... i'm told you can bolt these to the small blocks although never done it personally... sure there are build threads about this on here... not sure on how much work is involved

the head will come with with cams/pullies all internals of the head valves etc even head bolts if wanted...

seems the 16V on a stock bottom end would cause compression issues. Thanks Anyway.
