Time to sell the Polo, I've put my heart and soul into this little beast but unfortunately finances and my missus wanting to share the same car as me means I'm gunna have to get something more sensible.

1992 Mk3 Polo 1.3 CL

Engine: 67,000 1.3cl, k&n induction kit, g40 exhaust, engine rebuild (new head, sparks, filters, coolant, oil, dizzee, rotor arm, cambelt, water pump etc)

Drive: New wheel bearings, cv joints, balljoints, lower arms, phil j 60/40 kit & new top mounts, bmw bbs 14's with new pirelli 195/45/14 tyres all round

Exterior: Audi Ice White Respray, clear front & side indicators, german spec rear light with no reverse, debadged grill, tinted windows, decals, german pressed plates

Interior: Stripped rear seats, Spare wheel removed for 12" sub boot build with amp, monopoly money dash and boot, false floor, 8 ball gear knob, cigerette lighter added, headunit , Pioneer front speakers, fusion 12" sub and amp

I've never thrashed it, I've always looked after it and cleaned it regularly, and taken my time with the mods.

Its got 4 months tax and about 8/9 months m.o.t. Flew through the last one, didnt have any minors.

I'm after a valver next, so if youve got any sort of mk4 that you are willing to exchange with potentially money my way (depending on what its like) then please do ask! I'm gunna need a car pretty much straight away after this is gone.

Without lying I've probably put about 2.5k into this car over the last year or so, its got quite a bit of service history although as I'm a mechanic all the engine bits and that I've done myself. I have receipts for some of the stuff I've bought but its quite evident its all new if you have a look.

monopoly money, made it wet so it was more plyable, varnished it to the centre console then covered it in sticky back plastic. I did it ages ago and it still looks mint! haha

yea ill do some today mate. Engines mint, bog standard 1.3 with a powder coated rocker cover in black. And an induction kit. Interiors cool lol. Ill get sum up about 2ish mate

that center console looks ace where did you get the monopoly money from? was it from the board game or does someone sell it seperately?

the normal sized money i used for the boot install i bought off ebay for 1 quid lol

The smaller stuff is from the internet, its just an image that i printed and then wrapped.
